Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days of receipt.
However despite our best efforts, from time to time some items do temporarily run out of stock. If your order contains an item or items that are out of stock, we will, at our discretion, wait until all items are in stock before processing your order or send the in stock items to you with the out of stock items either backordered or cancelled depending on availability.

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Standard:

RM24: 1-3 day delivery from date of dispatch
RM48: 3-5 day delivery from date of dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked:

Tracked 48: 2-3 day delivery  from date of dispatch, full tracked service.

Courier Services:

Parcelforce:  2-3 day delivery  from date of dispatch, full tracked service.
APC: 1-2 day delivery  from date of dispatch, full tracked service.
UPS: 2-3 day delivery  from date of dispatch, full tracked service.

Free Delivery: Free UK delivery on orders over £75.00. Free Delivery applies to all UK regions but excludes the Channel Islands,

International Orders (EU & ROW)
All international orders are zero-rated  and shipped duty-free. Please note that SJH Model Boats only covers the shipping costs, any additional fees for import duties, VAT, or customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by region, and we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before ordering.

International shipping is  handled via Royal Mail Tracked Service, Parcelforce or UPS, and costs vary depending on weight, volume and destination.

We are currently shipping to the US and all are duty & tariff pre paid

Proof of Delivery
Proof of delivery is provided through a scanned delivery confirmation by our courier or mail service. If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us. 

Delivery Times
All quoted delivery times are estimates based on the day of dispatch. Please be aware these timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances out of our control.
