Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, a full refund will be provided if the products are returned, unused and in their original condition, within 30 working days of the customer receiving them. Return postage and packaging is to be paid by the customer. We will refund payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Damaged, defective items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item has been supplied, so that we can resolve the issue.

Non returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like plans printed to order or end of line clearance items. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Returns (EU & ROW)

For customers outside the UK, please contact us within 5 days of receipt if you wish to initiate a return. 

Do not attempt to return any goods from outside of the UK without contacting us first, as there are specific requirements that need to be filled in for customs purposes, any unauthorised returns will be refused. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for any charges.
When you return goods any customs liabilities will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please note that we do not refund any postage costs for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges for orders sent overseas are non refundable.

Refunds
When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item(s) paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and if approved we will refund you within 14 days of receipt.
