We completely get it, we change our minds too! Yes, as long as your item has not been dispatched you can contact us to cancel your order.

Generally the Resin Quay Craft life boats are cast to order, as they are done in batches it can mean a delay of up to 7 days for order to be fulfilled

Yes, you can backorder items, but this option is only available if the product page states that backordering is allowed. If you need more than is available, simply place the desired amount in your basket, and our system will override the stock level. You will only be charged for what we can supply.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
We will be bringing international services back to our new website as soon as possible.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

We offer shipping via Royal Mail, Parcelforce and APC. Royal Mail's standard service typically takes 3-5 days, while their express service is 2-3 days, although it is not time guaranteed. Parcelforce has a standard service that also takes 2-3 days.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked services, Parcelforce & UPS. Shipping quotes vary based on location.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
